Hi, I’m so glad you’ve landed here.  I’m a Chartered Accountant with a real passion for startups & small business. 

MBR AXIS was born from my frustration with the one-size-fits-all approach many large firms take with small businesses. I witnessed firsthand the lack of tailored attention and the constant turnover of junior staff. I believe you deserve a consistent, senior advisor. Someone directly accessible, deeply familiar with your business and invested in providing timely answers to your calls and emails. But more than that, I realised there wasn't a place for startups and small businesses to access specialised technical expertise without the exorbitant costs of big firms or the potential missteps of less experienced ones. To bridge this gap, I’ve assembled a team of  accomplished advisors who collaborate seamlessly on your projects, as needed.  By focusing on my strengths and leveraging this network, I deliver optimal results for you.

My career spans 17 years, starting out at KPMG Melbourne and then moving to a boutique consulting firm. The move offered the unique opportunity to be involved in all facets of business working with SMEs across a diverse range of industries from retail, hospitality and manufacturing to medical, architecture, law, e-commerce and tech. Now, at MBR AXIS, I channel this expertise into directly adding value for entrepreneurs and business owners like you.

I combine strong commercial acumen with a genuine interest in understanding your goals and helping you achieve them. 

I’m also an assessment and examination marker for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and I enjoy mentoring startups through various Incubator & Accelerator Programs, leading workshops and holding open office hours.  Being a part of the journey, sharing my insights and helping build a thriving ecosystem  brings me the ultimate joy.
